Here are the measurements for the skirt tutorial on the SAK YouTube Channel.

Sizes 18m to 3

Waist Fabric (A) - 35in. x 3in.
Middle Fabric (B) - Measure child
Ruffle or Mod Hemline Fabric (C) - 35in. x 3in.

Sizes 4-8

Waist Fabric (A) - 45in. x 3in.
Middle Fabric (B) - Measure child
Ruffle or Mod Hemline Fabric (C) - 45in. x 3in.

Here are some generic skirt sizes to give you a better idea what your middle fabric width and elastic lengths should be:

Total length - 18month/2T - 11" long ---- elastic for waist 17"

Total length - 3T/4T - 12 - 12.5" long ---- elastic for waist 18"

Total length - 5/6 - 14 - 14.5" long ---- elastic for waist 19 - 20"

Total length - 7/8 - 16" long ---- elastic for waist 20.5 - 21"
